4. Leave GIFMIS as “Nil”
5. Description: Post-UTME Form
6. Pay via card or bank
7. Save your payment receipt

Entry Requirements

• Five O’Level credits (maximum 2 sittings) in:
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
• Acceptable qualifications: WAEC, NECO, GCE
• AR not allowed

Eligibility

Applicants must either:

1. Have chosen FCMLST Jos as 1st choice in 2025 UTME and scored ≥100
2. Or apply via Change of Institution in JAMB portal if FCMLST was not your first choice
