Post-UTME & Direct Entry Screening Form for 2025/2026 Admission
Eligibility Criteria
- UTME Candidates:
- Must have UNICAL as first choice with ≥150.
- Or change JAMB choice to UNICAL and scored ≥150.
- Medicine & Surgery / Dentistry:
- O’Level results must be from one sitting only.

How to Pay and Register
Option 1: Bank (E-transact)
- Obtain E-transact PIN at any commercial bank.
- Visit myunical.edu.ng → UTME Admission Screening.
- Log in with your JAMB Registration Number and PIN.
- Fill the form, submit, and print confirmation.
Option 2: Online PIN
- Buy a Post-UTME PIN online at https://myunical.edu.ng.
- Use Transaction ID as your PIN to log in.
- Complete the form and print the application.
Tip: Keep your email and phone active for notifications.
