2. Online Application:
   • Visit: www.sanctamaria.edu.ng
   • Complete the online form and upload the following documents:
     • JAMB result & Change of Institution slip
     • O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, max two sittings)
     • Birth certificate
     • Passport photograph
     • Receipt of application fee
   • Print your exam slip and admission letter.
3. In-Person Collection of Forms (optional):
   • Administrator’s Office

Admission Requirements

• Minimum score of 120 in 2025 JAMB
• Five credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, max two sittings)
• Be ready to change your first choice to Sancta Maria College of Nursing Sciences, Uzairue via any accredited JAMB centre
