- Enter your JAMB registration number and click Get Details
- Pay the screening fee via:
- Card
- Bank transfer
- USSD
- Visa QR
- Complete the form and create your screening account
- Register, verify details, and generate your data form
- Print the 2-page PDF:
- Page 1: Personal details
- Page 2: Exam card
- Attach photocopies of credentials to Page 1 and bring originals for physical screening
Note: State of origin, LGA, and Date of Birth cannot be changed after registration.
