Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Choose FUHSA as their First Choice Institution in JAMB.
- Have participated in the 2026 UTME.
- Meet the minimum cut-off mark for their chosen programme.
- Possess the appropriate UTME subject combination.
- Have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Present O’Level results obtained in not more than two sittings.
Application Procedure
To complete the screening registration:
- Visit the FUHSA website.
- Create an account on the screening portal.
- Pay the screening fee online.
- Complete the application form.
- Submit the application successfully.
- Print the acknowledgement slip.
