Admission Requirements
National Diploma (ND)
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Maximum of two sittings
- NABTEB results can only be combined with NABTEB
- Must sit for the 2026 UTME
- Required JAMB subject combination:
- English
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
Candidates are advised to ensure subject combinations strictly align with JAMB requirements to avoid disqualification.
Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits (same as ND requirements)
- ND in Health Information Management or Health Records Technician with a minimum of Lower Credit
- Valid practicing license
- Minimum of 1-year Industrial Training (IT) experience
- Candidates with a Pass (CGPA 2.00–2.49) must have at least 2 years work experience
- Must provide JAMB Admission Letter from ND
Programme Duration
- 2 Academic Sessions (4 Semesters)
- Includes SIWES (Industrial Training)
