4. Eligibility
Applicants must satisfy at least one of the following:
- Chose the College as first or second choice at 2024 JAMB with an aggregate ≥150
- Applicants with change of Institution/Course to reflect the College, JAMB score ≥150
- Applicants for Post Basic Nursing and Post Basic Midwifery
5. Requirements
Applicants must provide:
- Five (5) credit passes in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology (WAEC/GCE/NECO, max 2 sittings)
- 2024 JAMB score ≥150 and evidence of change of Institution/Course
- Two recent passport photos (white background)
- First School Leaving Certificate
- Sworn affidavit of date of birth
