How to Apply
Applicants should follow the steps below:
- Visit the official school portal:
www.ogharapoly.edu.ng - Click on ND Application Form.
- Click the payment button.
- Pay the required non-refundable processing fee online using a Verve or Master Debit Card.
- Complete the online application form.
- Submit the form online.
- Print two copies of the online acknowledgement form.
Admission Requirements
ND Admission Requirements
Candidates applying for ND admission must meet the following requirements:
- Must have at least five relevant O’Level credit passes.
- English Language and Mathematics must be included.
- Accepted examination bodies include:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
- Results must not be obtained in more than two sittings.
- Candidates must have written the 2026 UTME.
- Candidates must score at least 100 in UTME.
HND Admission Requirements
Candidates applying for HND admission must meet the following requirements:
- Must possess an ND result from an NBTE-accredited Polytechnic.
- The ND qualification must be in a relevant department.
- Must have completed one year of Industrial Training.
- Candidates with a Pass grade in ND must have at least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates must also meet the basic ND admission requirements.
Important Notice
Candidates should take note of the following:
Candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara as their first choice institution should apply for a change of institution on the JAMB portal.
In addition:
- Candidates must change their institution to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara.
- Candidates must upload their O’Level result on the JAMB portal.

Screening Requirements
Candidates are expected to come with the following items:
- Writing materials
- HB pencil
- Four recent passport photographs
- One passport photograph attached to each application/screening form and the two acknowledgement cards
- Bursary receipt for the purchase of the form
- Certificate or statement of result
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Birth certificate or age declaration
