Cut-Off Mark
The minimum JAMB score required for application is 150.
Eligibility Requirements
UTME Candidates
Applicants must:
- Score at least 150 in the 2026 JAMB examination
- Be at least 16 years old
- Possess relevant O’Level credits
- Use valid phone numbers and email addresses during registration
Direct Entry Candidates
Applicants must possess any of the following in relevant disciplines:
- ND
- HND
- First Degree
In addition, candidates must:
- Have relevant O’Level credits
- Submit academic transcripts before the deadline
Candidates Who Did Not Choose FUAHSE
Candidates who did not initially select FUAHSE as their first choice institution are also eligible to apply.
However, such candidates must:
- Visit the JAMB portal
- Apply for a Change of Institution
- Select FUAHSE as first choice

How to Apply
Follow the steps below carefully:
1. Visit the FUAHSE application portal
2. Enter your JAMB Registration Number
3. Generate your payment invoice (RRR)
4. Make payment online or at any bank
5. Return to the portal after payment
6. Click “Apply”
7. Complete the application form
8. Enter your O’Level results correctly
9. Review all information carefully
10. Submit the form online
11. Print your acknowledgement slip

O’Level Upload Requirements
Candidates who successfully complete registration will receive access to upload their O’Level credentials for screening purposes.
Important Deadline
O’Level results must also be uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal on or before 19th August, 2026.
Nature of Screening
Screening will be based on:
- Verified JAMB scores
- WAEC/WASSCE/GCE/NECO results uploaded on JAMB CAPS

Candidates should note the following carefully:
- Only candidates who successfully submit online applications will be considered for admission
- Failure to register before the deadline will lead to disqualification
- Candidates are responsible for regularizing their admission with JAMB where necessary
