Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply if you fall into any of the following categories:
- You selected FUHSI as your first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and meet the required cut-off mark for your preferred course.
- You did not choose FUHSI initially but are willing to:
- Change your institution to FUHSI, or
- Change your course to an eligible programme through the JAMB Portal before completing your registration.

O’Level Requirements
Candidates applying for the following programmes:
- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
- Nursing Science
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Doctor of Physiotherapy
must possess:
- Five (5) relevant O’Level credit passes.
- The required credits must be obtained in not more than one sitting.
Direct Entry (DE) Requirements
Applicants seeking admission through Direct Entry into:
- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
- Nursing Science
must possess either:
- A minimum of Second Class Upper Division in a relevant degree from a recognised university, or
- Satisfactory A’Level points from recognised examination bodies.
