Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Score 180 or above in the 2026 UTME.
- Choose FUMHSK as their First Choice Institution on JAMB.
- Complete a JAMB Change of Institution if FUMHSK was not initially selected as the first choice.
- Be at least 16 years old by 30th September, 2026.
O’Level Requirements
Candidates must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) relevant credit passes.
- Medicine & Dentistry: Results must be obtained in one sitting only.
- Other programmes: A maximum of two sittings is allowed.
- Acceptable examination bodies include:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
- GCE O’Level
Exemptions
The following categories of candidates are exempt from the Post-UTME screening exercise:
- Candidates with disabilities recognized by JAMB.
- International candidates who sat for the 2026 UTME.
How to Apply
- Visit the application portal.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Create your application account.
- Upload a passport photograph:
- Red background only
- JPG or PNG format
- Maximum file size: 500 KB
- Pay the required fees through Remita.
- Select your First Choice and Second Choice programmes.
- Submit your application.
- Download and print your application slip.
Important Information
Only passport photographs with a red background will be accepted.
- Candidates who upload passport photographs without a red background will be disqualified.
- The date for the Post-UTME screening will be communicated after the application period closes.
