Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must satisfy the following conditions:
UTME Candidates
- Must score a minimum of 180 in the 2026 UTME.
- Must choose FUTA as their first-choice institution.
- Must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2026.
Direct Entry Candidates
- Direct Entry applicants are also eligible to apply.
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes.
- Credits must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Results must not exceed two sittings.
Accepted Examination Bodies
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
MBBS Programme Update
Admission into the MBBS programme has been reinstated.
Interested and qualified candidates can now apply for the programme.

Payment Method
Payment should be made through the Remita platform.
Steps
- Generate a Remita payment code.
- Proceed to any commercial bank.
- Complete payment using the generated Remita code.
Application Procedure
Follow the steps below to complete your application:
- Visit the official FUTA website.
- Complete the online Post-UTME application form.
- Submit the application online.
- Print your completed registration slip.

Important Registration Instructions
Candidates are advised to carefully note the following:
- Ensure your UTME Registration Number is entered correctly.
- Your full name must match the name on your JAMB slip.
- Completing the registration form is compulsory for all applicants.

JAMB CAPS Upload Requirement
All candidates must upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS on or before:

Failure to upload results will render the candidate ineligible for admission.
Important Notice
Candidates who fail to register before the deadline will not be screened.
Additionally:
- Candidates who do not participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission.
- Late applications may not be entertained.
