Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Choose FUTIA as their First Choice Institution in JAMB.
- Direct Entry candidates who selected FUTIA as their First Choice are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who did not initially choose FUTIA may apply after changing their institution to FUTIA as First Choice through JAMB CAPS.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old on or before 30 September 2026.
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) relevant credit passes.
- Credits in English Language and Mathematics.
- Results obtained in not more than two sittings.

All applicants are required to upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS on or before the stated deadline.
Awaiting Result Candidates

- Select “Apply Now”.
- Choose “Undergraduate”.
- Fill in all required details correctly.
- Make payment online using:
- Mastercard
- Visa Card
- Verve Card
- Log in using your JAMB Registration Number.
- Complete and submit your application.
- Print:
- Registration Form
- Payment Receipt
Important Information
Candidates who fail to register for the screening exercise will not be considered for admission.
Please Note
- Approved admissions must be accepted within four (4) weeks.
- Uploading inconsistent or incorrect biodata will result in automatic disqualification.
- FUTIA does not operate through admission agents.
- Applicants should rely solely on the official university website for admission-related information.
