Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) Admissions Indigeneship Verification Exercise 2026/2027
Eligibility
To be eligible for the verification exercise, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be of Lagos State origin
- Must have chosen LASUED as First Choice in the 2026 UTME
- Must have scored 185 and above in the 2026 UTME
- Direct Entry applicants of Lagos State origin must also participate

How to Apply
Candidates are required to:
- Make payment to the Lagos State University of Education account online.
- Complete the application through the official LASUED portal:

Requirements for Verification
Candidates are expected to present the following documents:

Important Notes
Candidates should take note of the following:
- The required traditional authority letter is strictly the Letter from Oba.
- The Indigeneship Verification Exercise does not guarantee admission into LASUED.
- Candidates must be cleared by the LASUED Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee before they can be considered for admission.
- Any applicant who pays money to any individual, other account, or through any means other than the official application link does so at their own risk.
Information for Old Applicants
Old applicants for the 2025/2026 academic session who have not been offered admission are required to revalidate their Indigeneship Clearance Certificates at the same venue.
