General Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Five (5) O’Level credit passes.
- Credits must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Any two (2) of the following science subjects:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- One (1) other relevant subject.
- O’Level results obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
Note: These are the minimum general admission requirements applicable to all programmes.

Application Procedure
Applicants should follow the steps below:
- Obtain the application form from:
Workforce Planning & Recruitment Unit MRC Building Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) - Complete the application form.
- Submit the completed form together with the following documents:
- Photocopies of relevant academic credentials
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Two (2) recent passport photographs with a white background
Screening Process
The admission process consists of two stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- All applicants will sit for a CBT at LASUTH.
- Oral Interview
- Candidates who successfully pass the CBT will be invited for an oral interview.
- Applicants must present their original certificates during the interview.
Only successful candidates from the CBT stage will proceed to the oral interview.
