Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Choose Nigerian Maritime University (NMU) as their first choice institution in JAMB.
- Score a minimum of 150 in the UTME.
- Possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects.
- Upload their O’Level result to JAMB CAPS.
Application Procedure
Follow the steps below to complete your application:
- Visit the official NMU website:
https://www.nmu.edu.ng - Click on the e-Portal link.
- Select Admission Forms.
- Choose Post-UTME Form.
- Click on “MAKE PAYMENT NOW”.
- Make payment online using:
- ATM Card
- Internet Banking
- Return to the portal after payment.
- Complete the registration process.
- Print your Screening Exercise Slip.
Important Notes
Candidates are not required to upload passport photographs or biometric details, as these have already been provided by JAMB.
Additional information:
- Candidates who fail to register for the screening exercise will not be considered for admission.
- Foreign and physically challenged candidates are exempted from the Post UTME Screening Exercise.
