The Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance (NNCAF), Owerrinta has commenced admissions into its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Eligible Applicants
Applications are invited from:
- Personnel of the Armed Forces of Nigeria
- Personnel of other Security Agencies
Available Programmes
The following HND programmes are available:
- Accountancy
- Business Administration & Management
- Office Technology & Management
Application Fee

Admission Requirements
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes
- Credits must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Acceptable examination bodies:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
- Results must not exceed two sittings
National Diploma (ND) Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit
- An ND obtained from an NBTE-accredited programme
- At least one (1) year post-ND cognate work experience
ND Pass Holders
Applicants with an ND Pass may also be considered provided they possess:
- A minimum of two (2) years post-ND cognate work experience

- Pay the prescribed application fee.
- Ensure that your official academic transcript is forwarded to the College.
Note: Applications will only be processed when all required documents have been submitted.
