O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Five (5) credit passes in not more than two sittings.
Required Subjects
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
One-Year Programme Requirements
Applicants for the One-Year Programme must:
- Be a qualified Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
- Possess any of the following qualifications:
- Degree in Community Health Science
- Degree in Health Education
- Degree in Public Health
- HND in Community Health
- Be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)
- Possess a valid practising licence
Two-Year Programme Requirements
Applicants for the Two-Year Programme must possess:
- Diploma in Community Health
OR
- CHEW Certificate with at least five (5) years of experience
Additionally, applicants must:
- Be registered with CHPRBN
- Possess a valid practising licence

- Select the appropriate programme option:
- Select CHEW and BSc for the One-Year Programme
- Select CHEW for the Two-Year Programme
- Pay the application fee of ₦15,000 through Remita.
- Submit the completed application before the deadline.
