Applicants must have:
- A minimum JAMB score of 100.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must:
- Choose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their First Choice Institution in JAMB.
- Complete a Change of Institution on the JAMB Portal if Offa Poly was not initially selected as First Choice.
- Possess five (5) relevant O’Level credit passes as specified in the JAMB Brochure.
- Present O’Level results obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Upload O’Level result(s) on JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT Centre.
- Ensure all required credentials are available and correctly uploaded.
Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply. However, they will not be considered for admission until their results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS before the admission process closes.

How to Apply
Follow the steps below to complete your application:
- Visit the admission portal:
https://portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/pre-admission.php - Pay the screening fee online using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card.
- Complete the application form and fill in the Security Form.
- Upload your:
- O’Level result(s)
- Other required credentials
- Print the following documents:
- Security Form
- Post-Screening Slip
- Submit the printed Security Form in person at:

Before submitting your application, ensure that:
- Your name is written in full, with the surname first.
- The name matches exactly as it appears on:
- JAMB Result Slip
- O’Level Result(s)
- You have a valid and active personal email address.
