100 and above in the UTME examination.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for admission, candidates must meet the following conditions:
General Eligibility
- Applicants must choose OSPOHAS as their first choice institution in JAMB.
- Candidates who did not initially select the institution may apply for a Change of Institution at any JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old on or before 30th September, 2026.
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
Accepted Examination Bodies
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
Additional Conditions
- Results must not exceed two sittings.
HND Admission Requirements
Candidates applying for HND programmes must satisfy the following:

| JAMB Requirement | ND JAMB Admission Letter is compulsory |

| Internship/SIWES | One-year internship or SIWES is mandatory except for straight programmes |
