Admission Requirements
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
- BMLS with Third Class
- Registration with MLSCN
Master’s (MSc)
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Second-Class Lower or CGPA 3.00/5.00 for PGD holders
- FMLSCN holders eligible for MLS
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
- Master’s degree in the proposed field
- Minimum CGPA 3.5/5

Application Submission Guidelines
Documents Required
- MSc: 1-page synopsis of previous research
- PhD: Thesis proposal (maximum 5 pages); proposal defense may be scheduled
Submission Procedure
- Submit hard and soft copies of transcripts to the Secretary, SPGS by 11th January 2026.
- Electronic transcripts must be sent from institutional email addresses to:
