How to Check Admission Status
- Go to the JAMB EFacility portal.
- Sign in using your JAMB username and password.
- Navigate to:
- Check Admission Status → Access my CAPS → Admission Status
Tip: Keep checking periodically, as lists are often released in batches.
JAMB Message Meanings
| Message Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Admission Offered | You’ve been admitted. Accept or reject immediately. |
| Admission in Progress (AIP) | Your name has been sent by RSU; awaiting JAMB processing. |
| Recommended | The school has considered you; JAMB confirmation is pending. |
| Not Admitted | Your name is not on the list yet; it may appear later. |
| Pending | Your file is still being processed. |
Next Steps After Accepting Admission
- Accept or Reject Admission:
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using your JAMB-registered phone number.
- Download Admission Letter:
- Print your JAMB admission letter for clearance and registration.
