Requirements for Physical Screening
Candidates are required to present both the originals and photocopies (where applicable) of the following documents:
- SSCE Result
- JAMB Result Slip
- Online Screening Form
- Recent Passport Photograph
- Scratch Card for O’Level Result Verification
Important Information
Candidates are strongly advised to complete all required admission procedures before attending the physical screening.
- Upload your O’Level result to the JAMB Portal at any JAMB-accredited CBT Centre before reporting for the screening exercise.
- Wait 2–3 days after successful screening, then log in to the JAMB Portal to:
- Accept your admission.
- Print your JAMB Admission Letter.
- Only candidates who accept their admission on the JAMB Portal will be able to access their SAZUG admission on the University portal.
Note: Failure to upload your O’Level result to the JAMB Portal or accept your admission on the JAMB Portal may prevent you from completing the admission process and accessing your admission on the SAZUG portal.
