The University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State (UNIMED), has opened its Inter-University Transfer Form for the 2026/2027 academic session.
This application is for students currently studying in another university who wish to transfer to UNIMED and continue their studies there.

Who Can Apply
The transfer form is open to:
- Students already studying in another university
- Students who want to transfer to UNIMED
- Students studying a medical or health-related course
Entry Level
Successful applicants will be admitted into:

Main Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- You must have spent at least one full academic session in your current university.
- Alternatively, you must have completed at least two semesters.
- Your current university must be recognized by JAMB.
- You must be applying for the same course you are already studying.
- You must have the required O’Level results for UNIMED.
- You must meet the specific requirements for the course you want to study at UNIMED.
Applicants are expected to transfer into the same course they are currently studying in their present university.
Who Cannot Apply
The following students are not eligible to apply:
- Students who were asked to leave their current university
- Students with disciplinary issues in their current university

- Click Inter-University Transfer Application.
- Create your applicant profile.
- Upload your school documents and transcripts.
- Submit the application form online.
