Admission Requirements
General Cut-Off Mark

Special Cut-Off Mark
Candidates applying for the following programmes must score at least 200 in the UTME:
- Law
- Islamic Law
- Nursing
- Medicine
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must:
- Choose UNIOSUN as their First Choice Institution.
- Candidates willing to change their institution to UNIOSUN as first choice may also apply.
- Be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2026.
O’Level Requirements
General Requirements
Candidates must possess:
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects.
- Results obtained from any of the following examination bodies:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
- Results obtained in not more than two sittings.
Special Requirements for Law, Islamic Law, Nursing & Medicine
Candidates applying for these programmes must have:

- Visit the admissions portal:
https://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng - Complete the online application form.
- Submit the application.
- Print two (2) copies of the completed application form.
Important Notices
All applicants are advised to carefully read and comply with the following instructions.
- Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply.
- Such candidates must upload their results within one week of release.
- Any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission.
- Candidates must upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS.
- Submission of false information or forged documents may result in:
- Withdrawal of admission.
- Possible prosecution.
- Fees paid for applications containing false information are non-refundable.
Medical Examination
All successful candidates offered admission will undergo:
- Compulsory medical screening.
- Drug screening test.
