Candidates eligible to apply are:
- Candidates who chose the University of Port Harcourt for Direct Entry admission.
Information Required for the Online Form
Applicants are required to provide the following information during online registration:
- Qualifying examination details for Direct Entry admission
- O’Level results
- A’Level, Diploma, NCE, JUPEB, IJMB, or Degree results
- Pass level and points obtained
- Candidate’s JAMB Registration Number
How to Apply
Follow the steps below to complete the application process:
- Visit
www.uniport.edu.ng. - Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Confirm your pre-loaded JAMB details.
- Generate a Remita Code for online payment.
- Alternatively, print out the payment slip and pay at any bank with the Remita platform.
- Pay the application fee of ₦2,000 only.
- Obtain a Remita Receipt showing an Access Code.
- Return to the portal.
- Log in again with your JAMB Registration Number.
- Confirm your payment.
- Complete the online form as requested.
Documents to Submit
Candidates are required to submit photocopies of the following documents:
- JAMB Slip
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- O’Level results, such as:
- WASSCE
- GCE
- NECO
- NABTEB
- A’Level, Diploma, NCE, JUPEB, IJMB, or Degree results
- CGPA details, where applicable

Important Notes
Candidates should take note of the following:
- Inconsistency in name is not accepted by the University.
- Name inconsistency may lead to disqualification.
- Names on O’Level results, A’Level results, JAMB Result Slip, and other documents must be the same.
- Candidates must be 16 years or above by September 2026.
- The application link will be disabled at midnight on Friday, 19th June, 2026.
- Candidates must use their own valid phone number and email address.
- Registration is online.
- Candidates do not need to be physically present on campus for registration.
- Candidates must upload their required results to JAMB CAPS as soon as possible.
- Candidates who do not upload their results on JAMB CAPS will not be considered for admission.
