Eligibility Criteria
Candidates eligible to apply include:
- Candidates who selected UNIZIK or any of its affiliate institutions as their first choice during UTME.
- Candidates who scored 160 and above in the UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially choose UNIZIK as first choice but are willing to change institution through an accredited JAMB CBT Centre.
Direct Entry (DE) Requirements
Applicants applying through Direct Entry must:
- Possess any of the following qualifications in relevant subjects:
- OND
- HND
- First Degree
- A’Level Results
- Send their academic transcripts to:

- JAMB E-slip
- O’Level Result(s)
- OND/HND/First Degree/A’Level Result(s)
Submission Deadline

Compulsory Requirements
All applicants are required to:
- Upload their O’Level result(s) on JAMB CAPS.
- Direct Entry candidates must also upload their A’Level result(s) on JAMB CAPS.
Failure to upload required results on JAMB CAPS may affect admission processing.
How to Apply
Follow the steps below to complete your application:
1. Visit: apply.unizik.edu.ng
2. Create an account using your personal email address and phone number.
3. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number and password.
4. Complete the Post-UTME/DE application process online.
Important Notices
- Candidates who fail to register online will not participate in the screening exercise.
- Any Direct Entry candidate whose transcript is not received before the deadline will not be considered for admission.
