How to Apply
Interested applicants should follow the steps below:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 to the School Remittal Platform, UPTH College of Nursing Sciences.
- Present the payment teller to the College Bursar.
- Collect an official receipt.
- Take evidence of payment to the Office of the Registrar, College of Nursing Sciences.
- Obtain the application form from the Registrar’s office.

- Attach photocopies of all relevant documents.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Academic Requirements
Applicants must possess SSCE with five credits in not more than two sittings.
The required subjects are:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
Note: Biology must not be replaced with Health Science.
Accepted Examination Combination
- Combination of NECO and WAEC is accepted.
Professional Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Registered Nurses/Midwives.
- Have at least one year post-qualification experience.
- Possess a B.NSc with PGDE, which will be considered an added advantage.
Interview Requirements
Applicants must come with the following:
- Original copies of their certificates
- Valid practising licences
The interview will hold on the same day as the entrance examination.
