Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
- Candidates who selected FCE (Special), Oyo as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially choose the College may apply after changing their first-choice institution to FCE (Special), Oyo.
- Candidates who did not sit for the 2026 UTME are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants must possess at least four (4) O’Level credit passes in any of the following examinations:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
- NBAIS
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old on or before 30 September 2026.
Note: Both UTME and non-UTME applicants are eligible, provided they meet the admission requirements.

Application Procedure
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Visit the application portal:
dualmode.fcesoyo.edu.ng - Pay all applicable fees through Remita.
- Complete and submit the online application form.
- Upload a passport photograph with the following specifications:
- JPEG/JPG format
- White background
- Maximum file size: 100 KB
- Upload your O’Level result(s).
- Print the completed application form for future reference.

Screening Requirements
Candidates are expected to come along with the following documents:
- Two (2) copies of the UTME e-Notification of Results Slip.
- Original and photocopy of the completed Online Admission Screening Application Form.
- Original copies of O’Level result(s), as applicable:
- WAEC
- NECO
- NABTEB
- NBAIS
- Change of Institution Printout (applicable to candidates who changed their first-choice institution to FCE (Special), Oyo).
- Evidence that O’Level result(s) have been uploaded to the applicant’s JAMB Profile at an accredited CBT Centre.
Important: Candidates awaiting O’Level results are eligible to apply. However, such candidates must upload their results to JAMB CAPS immediately after they become available.
