Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess five (5) O’Level credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Have full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possess a valid current practising licence.

- Fill in all required details accurately.
- Attach copies of relevant credentials.
- Submit the completed form to the College Registration Office.
Deadline for Submission
All completed application forms must be submitted on or before 3rd July 2026.
