Eligibility Criteria
Candidates eligible to apply include:
- Candidates who selected DELSU as their first-choice institution during UTME registration.
- Candidates who did not initially choose DELSU but are willing to change their institution to DELSU on the JAMB Portal before the application deadline.
- Direct Entry candidates with approved qualifications.

How to Apply
- Visit the DELSU application portal:
https://portal.delsuces.online/ - Click on “POST UTME 2026/2027”
- Select “Start Form”
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number
- Complete the application form and proceed with payment
- Fill in:
- O’Level details
- Guardian information
- Upload a recent passport photograph
- Submit the application form
- Print out the application slip for reference
Direct Entry Requirements
Applicants seeking Direct Entry admission must possess any of the following qualifications:
- NCE
- OND
- HND
- First Degree
- A’ Level
- Other relevant equivalent qualifications
O’Level Result Guidelines
Candidates are required to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB Portal.
Additional Notes
- Awaiting result candidates are eligible to apply.
- Results must be uploaded immediately after release.
- Candidates who fail to upload their results on the JAMB Portal will not be considered for admission.
