Nursing & Health Sciences Application Form for 2025/2026 Admission
Available Programmes
The following programmes are open for admission under the Faculty of Nursing & Health Sciences:
- Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.)
- Public Health (B.Sc.)
- Community Health Science (B.CHS.)
- Health Information Management (B.HIM)
- Science Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.)
- Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS)
- Environmental Health Science (B.EHS)
Admission Eligibility Requirements

Additional Conditions
- AKSU must be selected as First Choice institution
- Candidates who did not initially choose AKSU must complete a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal
Note: Failure to meet both the UTME score and first-choice requirement may result in disqualification.
