The University of Abuja has announced the commencement of Post-UTME/Direct Entry (DE) screening registration for candidates seeking admission for the 2026/2027 academic session.

University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) Post-UTME/DE Screening 2026/2027

UTME Eligibility
Candidates applying through UTME must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum UTME score of 180.
- Must also meet the cut-off mark for the chosen programme.
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- O’Level results must not be obtained in more than two sittings.
- O’Level results must be uploaded to the JAMB portal.
- Candidate must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2026.
- UTME subject combination must meet the requirements of the chosen course.
Direct Entry (DE) Eligibility
Direct Entry applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must possess NCE, IJMB, ND, First Degree, or HND.
- Candidates with JUPEB or NABTEB ‘A’ Level are not eligible to apply.
- A’Level results must be uploaded to the JAMB portal and verified.
- Candidate must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2026.
- Subject combination must meet the requirements of the chosen course.
Screening Fee
The screening fee is:
₦2,000 (Non-refundable)
How to Apply
- Visit the University of Abuja application portal:
https://portal.uniabuja.edu.ng - Click “Click here to apply.”
- Select the Undergraduate link.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Get Details.”
- Fill in your basic information using a valid phone number and email address.
- Generate your RRR and make payment through bank, USSD, ATM, or other available payment platforms.
- Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone and complete the payment.
- Click “Login to Dashboard.”
- Complete the registration using your JAMB Registration Number and surname.
- Print the completed registration form and keep it safe.
Important Information
Candidates who fail to register for the screening will not be eligible for admission.
- Candidates who wish to change their course must do so through the JAMB portal.
- Admission racketeering is strictly prohibited.
- Anyone involved in admission racketeering will be disqualified.
