Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an MBA or a relevant Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Business
- Management
- Accounting
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Marketing
- Finance
- Actuarial Science
- Risk Management
- Possess a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 5-point scale
- Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Currently occupy a senior management or administrative role
- Submit and successfully defend a research proposal
Research Proposal Requirements
Your proposal must include:
- Statement of the Problem
- Research Objectives
- Literature Review
- Methodology
Note: The research proposal is a critical component of the selection process and will be defended during the interview stage.
