1. How to Check Admission Status

You can check your admission status via JAMB CAPS:

1. Go to JAMB e-Facility.
2. Sign in with your JAMB username and password.
3. Navigate to:

   Check Admission Status → Access my CAPS → Admission Status
   

Note: Always use your JAMB-registered phone number and details when checking your admission status.

2. Status Not Yet Admitted

If your status shows:

Status Message	Meaning	Action Required
Admission Still in Progress	LASU is still processing admissions	Keep checking regularly
Not Admitted	Admission not yet granted	Stay patient, check later

Admission status may change quickly, so frequent checks are advised.

3. Accepting Your Admission

To accept your admission:

1. Send ACCEPT to either 55019 or 66019 using your JAMB-registered phone number.
2. After confirmation, print your JAMB admission letter.

Important: Ensure you use the JAMB-registered phone number to avoid errors.

4. LASU Portal Confirmation

You can also confirm your admission directly on the LASU portal:

1. Visit: LASU Admission Screening Portal
2. Enter your JAMB registration number (in UPPERCASE) and your surname.
3. Submit and check your admission status on your dashboard.

Example:
JAMB Registration Number: JAMB12345678
Surname: ADEOLA
