Admission Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Higher National Diploma (HND)
- Equivalent qualification from Nigeria Maritime University or any recognized and accredited institution.
- Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
The results must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
- Present any one of the following:
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- NYSC Exemption Certificate
- NYSC Exclusion Certificate
- Ensure referee reports are submitted directly to the Postgraduate School.

- Carefully read all application instructions on the portal.
- Complete the online application form.
- Upload scanned PDF copies of the following documents:
- Degree Certificate(s)
- O’Level Certificate (WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB)
- NYSC Discharge, Exemption, or Exclusion Certificate
- 3–5 page Research Proposal (Ph.D. applicants only)
- Submit your completed application online.
