Undergraduate Programme Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Core Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
- Have five (5) O’Level credits in not more than two sittings, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) with a valid license
Additional Requirement (For 1-Year Programme)
- Hold a Degree or HND in any of the following:
- Community Health
- Public Health
- Related discipline
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following:
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits (maximum of two sittings), including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Possess a Community Health Officer (CHO) certificate
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in:
- Community Health
- Health Education
- Public Health
Professional & Additional Requirements
- Valid practicing license (CHPRBN)
- NYSC Certificate (one of the following):
- Discharge
- Exemption
- Exclusion
