Admission Requirements for National Diploma (ND)
JAMB Requirements
Applicants must have sat for the 2026 JAMB examination with the following subjects:
- English Language
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
Results must not be obtained in more than two sittings.
Additional Conditions
- NABTEB is accepted but cannot be combined with another result
- Applicant must be at least 16 years old
- Applicant must have no criminal record
- Applicant must not have deformity of the hands

Admission Requirements for Higher National Diploma (HND)
General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Meet all ND admission requirements
- Possess either:
- National Diploma (ND) certificate, or
- Health Record Technician certificate
Additional Requirements for ND Holders
- Completion of one (1) year Industrial Training (IT)
- Possession of Professional License (Part I) from HRORBN
O’Level Requirements
Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
Results must not exceed two sittings.
NABTEB is accepted in one sitting only.
